Coronary Artery Stents

This is a frame from a coronary angiogram recorded on a digital x-ray machine. The x-ray shows a very high grade stenosis in the mid portion of the artery. The frame that follows shows a wire stent that has been placed inside the artery after it was dilated with an angioplasty balloon.
