X-Ray Dr. M. Rosengarten McGill 1996

This is a cine x-ray from a patient with a Telectronics Atrial J/spring electrode lead that was implanted with an RV/spring electrode and an old unipolar venticular pacing lead. The films were taken in RAO 34 degrees.

Note the lateral movement of the tip of the atrial J which is an important marker of the right atrial appendage and is a reliable indicator that the tip is properly placed.
