| It is interesting that the patient complained of no symptoms and that the procedure was not difficult or long. He has a very large left pneumothorax.
Note the difference with the film below with a chest tube inserted. Note also the there are two ventricular leads, and that one goes over the clavicle and the other under (the new lead that caused the pneumotharoax) |
