Isometric contraction of sternal fibers of isolated Pectoralis Major in mid range

(1) Recumbent Cross Flexion of Left Arm (pacemaker side)
(2) Isometric Adduction of the Left pertoralis major from a recumbent position
"Pull UP"
(3) Cross Flexion of Left Arm: Isometric contraction of sternal fibers of isolated Pectoralis Major in mid range.
Shoulder abduction to 90 degrees, and elbow at 90 degrees
"Resist at palm to palm or at the elbow"
(4)Cross Flexion of Left Arm

-Isometric contraction of sternal fibers of isolated Pectoralis major in mid range

Shoulder "Abduction" to 90 degree , Elbow at 90 degree
- resist at palm to palm or at the elbow
- and push to the contralateral shoulder
