The p wave in V1 is terminaly negative suggesting left atrial abnormality.
Each horizontal square is 40 ms and each verical square is 0.1mv. Left atrial abnormality is suggested if the terminal negative part of the p wave is deeper than 0.1mv and wider than 40 ms.
