This is an apical four chamber echocardiogram from a 57 year old Inuit woman from the Canadian North. She was admitted to hospital for respiratory failure as a result of a pneumo/hemothorax secondary to blunt trauma. The patient is in atrial fibrillation. Can you explain the endocardial echo what looks like calcification? We would like your opinion! |
